M.M. Amonova is a Doctor of Technical Sciences (DSc) and Associate Professor. In 2019, she successfully defended her PhD dissertation on the topic “Improvement of the treatment process of wastewater generated in dyeing and finishing enterprises” at the Scientific Council numbered PhD.28.06.2018.K.72.01 under Bukhara State University, specializing in 02.00.01 – Inorganic Chemistry, and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemical Sciences. On October 25, 2025, she successfully defended her Doctor of Science (DSc) dissertation titled “Development of technologies for obtaining composite sorbents modified with coagulant-flocculants based on sapropel and bentonite and their application in industrial wastewater treatment,” and received the diploma confirming the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences. M.M. Amonova has achieved significant results not only in the educational and methodological sphere but also actively conducts effective scientific research. In particular, she is the author of more than 80 scientific works, including 3 учебных manuals, 1 monograph, 1 patent, 4 computer programs, more than 30 articles in international scientific journals, more than 45 articles in journals listed by the Higher Attestation Commission, and около 50 theses presented at international and national scientific-practical conferences. Matluba Mukhtarovna is also the winner of the III Republican competition “100 Best Innovative Projects of Women of Uzbekistan,” organized to support the implementation of innovative projects by women in various fields of science and technology, encourage their involvement in inventive and entrepreneurial activities, and assist in the legal protection of intellectual property, in accordance with the letter №06/473-20 dated February 25, 2020, of the Ministry of Mahalla and Family Support of the Republic of Uzbekistan. She was also awarded the commemorative badge “30th Anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan” in accordance with the Presidential Decree dated May 24, 2021. Currently, Matluba Mukhtarovna Amonova serves as the Rector of Bukhara Innovative University of Education and Medicine.

Odinayev Tolibjon Toyirovich has a higher education degree. He graduated from the bachelor’s program of the Pre-Conscription Military Education Faculty at Bukhara State University and completed his master’s degree in Pedagogy and Psychology at the Asian International University.

He is currently conducting scientific research toward obtaining a PhD degree on the topic “Psychological characteristics of the formation of professional identity among future nurses.”

Over several years, he has worked as a Head of Department at the Bukhara Regional Legal Technical School, as the Head of Military Education at the Academic Lyceum of Bukhara State Medical Institute, and currently serves as the Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Organizational Work at Bukhara Innovative University of Education and Medicine.
