Education is the foundation of any society's development. Based on the reforms implemented in our country, improving the quality and efficiency of education, training competitive personnel, and implementing innovative approaches are emphasized as one of the most important priorities.

This plan defines the strategic directions, goals, and priority tasks for the development of the educational organization over the years 2025–2030. Its main objective is to create a competitive, open, and effective educational environment that meets the requirements of modern education.

Strategic goal: To develop the educational organization based on modern information and communication technologies, advanced pedagogical approaches, and quality management principles, transforming it into an advanced educational institution that integrates with science and trains competitive personnel.

Today, the demand for high-quality healthcare and educational services is steadily increasing. In the context of Uzbekistan, the development of medical, educational, and childcare sectors that meet modern international standards plays an important role in the country's socio-economic development. Therefore, a strategic approach has been developed for opening and effectively managing a new clinic, school, kindergarten, and dental center.

  • To provide high-quality medical and educational services to the local population, ensure the healthy and full development of children, and increase social welfare by introducing advanced technologies in the field of dentistry;
  • To train highly qualified specialists in all aspects by equipping university students with modern knowledge and practical skills, developing research activities, and ensuring the integration of education, science, and practice;
  • To raise the quality of education at the university to the level of international standards, strengthen scientific research and innovative activities, increase the efficiency of clinical education, and train highly qualified, competitive personnel for the healthcare system;
  • To transform medicine into a regionally and internationally recognized educational and scientific center, and to train mature specialists for the field through the rapid development of modern medical education, scientific research, and innovations;
  • To introduce an educational system aimed at strengthening the clinical and practical skills of students, to closely link scientific research with practice, and to train specialists who meet the needs of the healthcare system forms the basis of our goal.

This strategy aims to provide high-quality, innovative, and safe services for the local population by building modern clinics, schools, kindergartens, and dental centers. This approach serves as an important step towards increasing social well-being and building a healthy society. In addition, a number of works are being carried out to ensure the international recognition of educational institutions and medical centers, and to stimulate the development of education and healthcare sectors by attracting qualified foreign students and patients to our country.

Quality Assurance System and Tools in Education

Quality of education is one of the main indicators that ensures the effectiveness of the educational process, the level of students' acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market. Ensuring educational quality requires a continuous system of monitoring, evaluation, and development.

Internal quality control includes the following:

  • Regular analysis and updating of educational programs;
  • Control of the educational process (tests, rating system, etc.);
  • Improvement works based on students' feedback.

Tools for ensuring educational quality:

  1. Information technologies: electronic journal, distance learning platforms, testing systems, and internal programs.
  2. Assessment tools: mid-term and final tests.
  3. Specialist training standards: curricula and programs developed in accordance with qualification requirements.
  4. Communication system: continuous engagement with students, parents, and employers.

Tuition Fee Amount and Its Calculation

A tuition fee contract is a form of education in which a student studies at a higher education institution by paying a specified amount of money.

  • Contract amount: Contract fees at the university are set from 14,900,000 (fourteen million nine hundred) UZS to 32,400,000 (thirty-two million four hundred) UZS.
  • Payment methods: Payments are made via banks, online payment systems, or mobile applications, either in installments or in full.
  • Privileges: The university provides financial assistance to students from low-income families and those in need of social protection. Internal scholarships may be awarded to students who achieve high results.

Developing the international educational brand in 2026–2030:

It is planned to increase the number of international students studying in higher educational institutions in Uzbekistan to at least 10,000 by 2030.

  • Expanding educational programs on a multilingual basis (English, Russian, and other languages).
  • Introducing special grants and scholarships for international students.
  • Providing accommodation, consular, and immigration support for foreign students, and ensuring their cultural and social adaptation.
