Torayeva Huriyat Tuyqulovna holds a higher education degree, having completed both her undergraduate and master's studies at the Faculty of Economics of Bukhara State University.
Over the years, she has served as the Head of the Human Resources Department at the Qiziltepa Agro-economics College in Navoiy Region, a tutor at the Faculty of Therapy of the Bukhara State Medical Institute, and the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Therapy at "TURON ZARMED" University. Currently, she holds the position of Head of the Department of Spirituality and Enlightenment at the Bukhara Innovative University of Education and Medicine.
