Radjabova S. D. is a teacher of general education disciplines. In 1998, she graduated from the Faculty of History of Bukhara State University and began her career at the Bukhara Construction Technical School.

In 2021, she graduated from the Faculty of Training Practical Psychologists at Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami, and worked as a practical psychologist at the Bukhara Tourism College. She also worked as a practical psychologist at school No. 32 in 2019.

Currently, she is an independent researcher at Bukhara State University specializing in 19.00.05 – "Age and Pedagogical Psychology. Developmental Psychology". Today, she is conducting her dissertation research on the topic: "Socio-psychological mechanisms of forming synergy behavior towards education among students".

During her career at Bukhara Innovative Education and Medical University, Radjabova Sanobar Davronovna has stood out for being highly active and research-oriented. Currently, she serves as a teacher at the Department of "General Education Disciplines" of the university.

Radjabova S. has earned special respect for her ability to organize classes scientifically and methodically, work regularly with students to find a way to their hearts, and possess qualities of a kind mentor who guides students on the right path.
