Born on May 10, 1961, in the Jondor district of the Bukhara region. Education — Higher.

From 1983 to 1989, he studied at the Samarkand State Medical Institute, graduating with a specialization in "Pediatrics".

In 1989–1990, he completed his internship at the Bukhara Regional Children's Multi-Disciplinary Medical Center.

From 1990 to 1992, he worked as a pediatrician at the Jondor District Medical Association of the Bukhara region.

Between 1992 and 2015, he made significant professional contributions as the Deputy Director of the Bukhara Regional Medical College.

His long-standing, dedicated service in the health and education systems was highly acknowledged, awarding him the badge of "Excellent Worker of Secondary Specialized Vocational Education" and the commemorative medal "20 Years of Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

From 2016 to 2018, he served as the Director of the Qorako'l Medical College in the Bukhara region.

In 2018–2019, he worked as a leading specialist at the Health Department of the Bukhara Regional Khokimiyat, in 2019–2020 in a responsible role at the Regional Psychoneurological Dispensary, and in 2020–2022 as a chief specialist at the Health Department of the Bukhara Regional Khokimiyat.

Since 2022, he has been serving as the Head of the Internal Control and Monitoring Department of the university.
