Boltayeva Manzura Sharipovna is a dedicated educator and organizational leader with many years of experience in the field of education. Throughout her career, she has been making a worthy contribution to providing students with modern knowledge, improving the methodology of teaching general education disciplines, and enhancing the intellectual potential of the younger generation.

M.Sh. Boltayeva is an experienced scientific and pedagogical specialist effectively working in the fields of modern education, science, and educational management. She is actively involved in implementing innovative approaches into the educational process, developing research activities, and training competitive personnel.

During her scientific and pedagogical activity, she has co-authored 2 textbooks, 1 monograph, and published over 60 scientific articles, as well as abstracts in nearly 20 republican and international scientific-practical conferences. Modern pedagogical technologies, innovative education, artificial intelligence, educational integration, psychological-pedagogical approaches, and enhancing educational efficiency hold a significant place in her scientific works.

Currently, she is successfully serving as the Head of the General Education Disciplines Department at Bukhara Innovative Education and Medical University. She accomplished responsible tasks such as managing the educational-methodological work of the department, ensuring interdisciplinary integration, and monitoring the quality of education. Responsibility, initiative, modern thinking, and a scientific approach are given top priority in her professional activities.
