To'rayeva Huriyat Tuyqulovna holds a higher education degree, having completed both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees at the Faculty of Economics of Bukhara State University.

During her career, she served as the Head of the Human Resources Department at the Qiziltepa Agro-economics College in Navoiy region, a tutor at the Faculty of Medicine of the Bukhara State Medical Institute, and the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at "TURON ZARMED" University.

To date, she has been working as the Head of the Department of Spiritual and Educational Affairs at Bukhara Innovative Education and Medical University.
