INFORMATION LETTER
Dear professors, researchers, doctoral students, independent researchers, master's students, students and practicing specialists!
In accordance with the plan of international and national scientific and technical events to be held in 2026, approved by Order No. 11 of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 16, 2026, Bukhara Innovative Educative and Medical University invites you to participate in the International Scientific and Practical Conference on "Education and Medicine in the Era of Digital Transformation: Scientific Research and Practical Innovations," which will be held on October 16-17, 2026.
The main goal of this conference is to scientifically analyze digital transformation processes in education and medicine, popularize best practices in implementing innovative technologies, discuss the results of modern scientific research, and develop scientific collaboration between domestic and international scientists, researchers, and practicing specialists.
The conference is open to professors and teachers of higher education institutions, staff of research institutes, doctoral students, independent researchers, master's students, practicing physicians, pharmacists, dentists, psychologists, educators, and other specialists.
CONFERENCE RESEARCH TOPICS:
1. Modeling Technologies and Innovative Education in Medical Education.
2. Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technologies: Innovations in Education and Medicine.
3. 21st-Century Clinical Medicine: Interdisciplinary Innovative Research, Its Integration, and Future Technologies.
4. Innovative Approaches in Dentistry, Pharmacology, and Pharmaceuticals.
5. Digital Technologies in Healthcare and Preventive Medicine.
6. Digital Transformation and Innovative Research in Pedagogy, Psychology, and Social Sciences.
Official conference languages: Uzbek, Russian, and English.
CONFERENCE FORMAT
The conference will be organized in a hybrid (offline and online) format.
Papers completed as part of the conference program will be posted on the university website (https://biti.uz/konferensiya/).
To participate in the conference, author(s) must submit the following documents electronically: https://forms.gle/zAev1uQGhAvwoMNy5
article (formatted in accordance with the requirements);
author(s) background information;
proof of payment of the registration fee (upon acceptance of the article).
Submitted articles will be reviewed by the conference's editorial board, and publication will be recommended based on the review results.
The editorial board reserves the right to reject materials that are not relevant to the conference topic, lack scientific novelty, do not meet the formatting requirements, or contradict the principles of scientific integrity.
Submission deadline: October 1, 2026.
REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee for participation in the conference is determined as follows:
For participants from the Republic of Uzbekistan – 150,000 (one hundred fifty thousand) soums;
For international participants – US$20. (VISA: 4790912235147754 (Komila Baxronova))
For each article accepted for participation in the conference, authors must pay a registration fee of 150,000 soums to a plastic card with card number (HUMO) 9860060111349795 (Komila Bakhronova).
Note: The registration fee is accepted only for articles recommended for publication based on the results of the scientific review.
The conference proceedings will be published as an electronic scientific collection. Each author will be provided with an electronic certificate. A printed certificate and conference proceedings can be prepared upon separate request, if required. ARTICLE FORMATTING AND SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1. General Article Requirements
Research articles submitted to the conference must be relevant to the conference topic and research areas, demonstrate scientific novelty, and reflect the author's own research findings.
Articles accepted for publication must not have been previously published or have not been simultaneously submitted to other conferences or journals.
The editorial board reserves the right to reject articles that do not meet conference requirements or that have received a negative evaluation from the expert committee.
2. Article Size
• 5–8 pages (A4 format);
• Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx);
• Page size – A4;
• Margins on all sides – 2 cm;
• Font – Times New Roman;
• Font size – 14 pt;
• Line spacing – 1.5;
• Justify text alignment;
• Paragraph – 1.25 cm.
3. Article Structure
• The article is formatted in the following order:
• Article Title
(in capital letters, bold, centered)
• Author(s) Identification Information
• Academic Degree, Title
• Affiliation (name of university or organization)
• ORCID ID (if available)
• Email Address
• Abstract
• Recommended length: 100–200 words.
• Keywords
• 5–8.
- the text of the article (14 pt);
- the titles of figures and tables should be numbered in Arabic numerals (Figure 1, Table 1, etc.) and placed in the right margin, references to them should be made in the text of the article; entries in tables should be at least 11 pt;
- bibliographic sources used in the work are given at the end of the article in the form of a numbered list under the heading "List of References" (12 pt); the numbering is alphabetical; bibliographic references in the text should only be in square brackets [1];
• Articles should be presented on current topics related to the areas of the conference, based on the results of the author's personal research, scientific analysis and final thoughts, including scientific and practical recommendations, scientifically, technically and stylistically edited and provided with a completed author's questionnaire. The author is responsible for the content of the article and the accuracy of the cited sources. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to select articles.

• No more than 2 articles will be accepted per author.
• Articles that do not meet the specified requirements or are submitted late will not be included in the collection and will not be returned to the author.

• The results of the work completed within the framework of the conference program will be published on the university website (https://biti.uz/konferensiya/).
Articles submitted for the conference proceedings must be formatted in accordance with the IMRAD structure. Research articles that meet these requirements will be published in special issues of scientific and technical journals recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Articles must be checked for plagiarism, and the information index must be at least 70%.

ATTENTION!
Conference applications, papers, and abstracts will be accepted until October 1, 2026 (including before this date).
Approval of papers and abstracts accepted for participation in the conference will be completed by October 10, 2026.
Conference invitations (ZOOM link) will be sent only to registered participants.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to select and exclude papers, papers, and abstracts that do not meet the conference requirements and criteria. Papers with less than 70% originality and excellence will not be included in the conference proceedings.
The Organizing Committee is responsible for the selection of abstracts and papers and their publication in electronic format.
