Head of the Department for Monitoring and Ensuring the Execution of Assignments

Bafoyev Ilxom Inoyatovich studied at the Tashkent Institute of National Economy from 1981 to 1985. He began his professional career in 1987 as a chief accountant.

Starting from 1989, he worked as an auditor in the financial department. In 1990–1997, he served as the Head of the Budget Inspection, and in 1997–2002, he was the Manager of the Vobkent District Branch of "Uzagrosugurta" State Joint-Stock Insurance Company.

In 2002–2003, he was a student at the Graduate School of Business under the Academy of State and Social Construction under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2003–2004, he worked as the Deputy Director of the Bukhara Regional Directorate of "Uzagrosugurta", and in 2004–2008, he served in the secretariat of the Deputy Khokim of the region for Economic and Social Development Affairs.

In 2008–2017, he held the position of Chief Auditor-Controller at the Bukhara Regional Branch of the Main Control and Audit Directorate of the Ministry of Finance.

In 2017–2018, he worked as the Deputy Head of the Health Department of the Bukhara Regional Khokimiyat. In 2018–2019, he was a sector manager at the Bukhara Regional Territorial Branch of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In 2019–2022, he served as the Chief Auditor at the Bukhara Institute of Engineering and Technology, and in 2022–2025, he worked as the Vice-Rector for Financial and Economic Affairs at the Asian International University.

Since October 2025, he has been serving as the Head of the Department for Monitoring and Ensuring the Execution of Assignments at Bukhara Innovative Education and Medical University.
